Requirements:

  • Be a driven and motivated person who has a real desire to succeed.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Have achieved or be graduating towards a 2:1 – this shows that you are focussed and committed with a strong work ethic.
  • Hold a full driving licence as you will need to be flexible to travel.

Areas Covered:

  • You will be given the opportunity to learn all operational aspects of our parks and will work across multiple departments including Holiday Sales, Holiday Home Sales, Maintenance, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work within our Central Support office and will work with key functions such as our Customer Contact Centre, HR, Finance, Marketing and Revenue.

Expectations:

  • Month 1: This is the start of your journey. Your induction will be varied and give you a taste of what is to come over the next 2 years.
  • Months 2-4: Your induction will continue and your first placement on park will begin. You will have exposure to all park operations and learn how each department works.
  • Months 5-10: As our parks start to close for the end of season, your journey is only just beginning. You will support with winterisation projects and assist in getting our parks ready to open for the following season.
  • Months 11-16: This is your opportunity to specialise. You can now decide whether your next step will be in the Holiday Sales, Holiday Home Sales or Food & Beverage department.
  • Months 17-24: It may be the final leg of your journey but it’s really the start of your career. You will now focus on a specialist area or continue to learn the skills to become our next General Manager.
