Featured in an article published by The News (Portsmouth) on 27 August 2020, Parkdean Resorts announced that demand for breaks in September, October and November had doubled compared to last year, as more families looked to book a staycation in the UK, rather than heading abroad.

A massive boost for local economies, the increased number of holidaymakers at Parkdean’s resorts were expected to spend their hard-earned cash with businesses in the area that rely so much on tourism.

Also reported by The Berwickshire News on the 3 September 2020, in order to entertain the thousands of families that descended on our parks during half term, Parkdean Resorts ran an unprecedented range of ‘spooktacular’ Halloween activities and events for families, including the Monster Ball, Zombie Fun Runs, Pumpkin Carving, Face Painting, Fancy Dress Competitions, Ghost Walks, Halloween Shows, and Pottery and Crafts classes. 

Parkdean Resorts already announced a further 1,500 new team members across the UK to cope with extra demand when holiday parks reopened in July, and teams will be staying on the help deliver the best possible experience on park.
