What if my area is in lockdown, but the park is still open - what are my options?
We understand the future may look a little uncertain right now, however, you're important to us and we've got you covered! If you are due to go on holiday with us but are unable to travel due to government restrictions affecting your local area, we will be able to move your holiday to another date with no admin fee. Please note, if the price of your holiday is higher on your next preferred date, you will need to pay the difference.
Not sure when you want to book yet? No problem. We can issue you with a holiday voucher worth 100% of the money you have paid towards your holiday - giving you extra time and flexibility to decide when you want to rebook.
For all holiday bookings currently affected by temporary closures and/or government restrictions, we are proactively contacting all holidaymakers. You don’t need to do anything at this time.
