The check-in time for promotional bookings is from 4pm. We also offer priority arrivals (earlier check-in) for an additional fee. If you think you may arrive after 11pm on your arrival day, please contact us and let us know.
Should you arrive early on park, you're more than welcome to use the park's facilities until your accommodation is ready at check-in time. You'll need Hub passes to access some facilities on park; you can find out more about Hub passes here. You must check-out of your accommodation by 10am on your departure day, however, you'll still be able to use the park's facilities for the rest of the day, provided you have Hub passes.
