I booked my holiday through a promotional newspaper and my holiday has been cancelled due to lockdown. How do I get my money back?
We’re sorry you haven’t been able to travel with us on this occasion. If you have paid any money directly to Parkdean Resorts and your holiday has been affected by park closure, we will raise your refund via a valid bank/credit card you used to make the booking. If this is unsuccessful, we will contact you for your chosen account details arrange a bank transfer. For any monies you have paid to the promotional newspaper, we will notify them your holiday has not been able to go ahead and they will contact you separately. You’ll need to speak to the third party directly regarding any payments you’ve made to them.
