I haven’t received an email to claim my refund. What should I do?
If your holiday has been cancelled due to a park closure because of Covid, we will have attempted to email you to explain your options. If you haven’t received this and have also checked your junk and spam folders, don’t worry. You don’t need an email from us to log into your booking portal. Simply log in with your booking reference and post code and view your options via cancel my booking.
