Yes, you can add more guests to your booking as long as the maximum capacity of your holiday home is not exceeded. All extra guests must be added prior to you arriving on the holiday park. You can do this by emailing or update via My Account.

Please refer to the terms and conditions of your booking if you have booked a promotional holiday.

Yes, you can book another holiday anytime when you are on-park, just ask at reception and they'll make the booking for you.

Yes, 33 of our parks offer touring and camping pitches. Please book pitches with your preferred park by visiting the touring and camping page.

Yes you can extend your holiday by calling 0344 335 3507 to check the availability. All extensions are subject to availability and payment of the additional cost.

Yes, cots and highchairs are available for hire and can be added to your booking for £15 per item. Just add these to your booking when you reach step three of the online booking process or go to My Booking page and add on from here.

You may take your dog on holiday with you in selected dog friendly accommodation. There is a charge of £40 per pet, per week or part week (max two dogs). (Guide Dogs are exempt from these charges and are welcome in all accommodation free of charge.) Please note that Ruda and Vauxhall do not allow pets at all.

Only people listed on the booking confirmation can occupy your holiday home and we can require anyone not listed to leave the park.

We offer a group bookings service for any booking of five or more holiday homes. Please call our group bookings line on 0344 335 3580 or email us at or complete our group enquiry form for valuable advice on planning and booking your trip.

All children under 8 must be accompanied to the clubs by a responsible adult.

The majority of facilities are free on-park including:

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools (except Ruda)

Sports programmes

Soft play areas (except Trecco Bay)

All chargeable activities are highlighted with an asterisk at the end on each of the parks facilities pages.

All our accommodation provides sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets and covers or blankets. However, we ask that you bring your own soap, towels and other bathroom and kitchen necessities. 

Please note we do not provide bedding for cots.

Promotional holidays are an exception, there may be an extra charge for bed linen.

The holiday parks on this website cater primarily for family holidays (with the exception of angling parties at White Acres). If you wish to book a single sex party you MUST inform us of this and of the ages of all members of your party at the time of booking. There may be restrictions on bookings from all male and all female parties of over 4 people and additional restrictions on the number of people who can occupy the holiday home. Bookings from all female or all male parties will only be accepted at our absolute discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel a booking that does not meet this condition.

We will send you a Booking Confirmation with the details of your party on it. It is your responsibility to ensure that these details are correct and tell us immediately if they are not. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation in a holiday home if your party is not the same as set out on the Booking Confirmation.

There are wheelchair friendly holiday homes on park which come with the following features:

  • Parking outside the holiday home
  • Ramp to the doorway
  • Sliding doors to each room except the twin room
  • Wider corridors
  • Large double bedroom with wheelchair access all round
  • Bathroom with handrails next to the toilet and a seat in the shower – there may be a small step into the shower

All of our parks offer free Wi-Fi internet access within the park venues.

All our accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, with cutlery, crockery and cooking implements for all guests in the accommodation.

On all booking methods where a deposit is paid, full balance will be due 10 weeks prior to holiday start date and we do not send out receipts for payment of final balances, unless requested.

We regret we do not accept Laser or American Express cards. Payment can be made online or by telephone in full or instalments.

b) By cheque/postal order

Please make your cheque or postal order payable to Parkdean Resorts and write your name, address and booking number on the back. All cheques must be received at least three weeks before the start of your holiday; any holidays booked within this three week period must pay by credit/debit card.

This cover has been specially put together by national insurance brokers Bishop Skinner & Ageas Insurance Ltd and will cover you for:

Cover of your luggage for up to £2,000 per person against theft, loss or damage (and up to £300 for any one article)

Cover of your money for up to £300 per person and reduces to £100 for children under 16

Personal liability of up to £2,000,000 for legal liability and property damage

Personal accident cover of up to £20,000

Medical expenses cover of up to £2,000

Holiday curtailment, cover of up to £1,000 towards travel and accommodation expenses

Your Car Breakdown & Accident Insurance

To give you added security, you are covered for up to two cars during your holiday.

Cover for up to £300 towards labour charges for emergency repairs or, if your car becomes unusable for more than 24 hours, towards the cost of recovery or storage at a garage

Up to £70 per day (and £600 in all) to hire a similar car to continue your holiday

Up to £50 per person (and £250 in all) for any hotel accommodation, resulting from car breakdown

If you cancel at our 'No Quibble' stage

(a)  If you cancel your holiday more than 10 weeks before the holiday start date then we will refund all monies paid less the Cancellation Cover charge plus a £40 administration fee.

If you cancel for a qualifying reason

(a) For bookings cancelled between 6 and 10 weeks before your holiday start date then we will refund all your money less the Cancellation Cover plus a £40 administration charge.

(b) For bookings cancelled within 6 weeks and the day before your holiday start date we will refund all your money less the Cancellation Cover charge and a calculated deposit (see deposit table below). (Any other charges/fees previously added to the booking will not be refunded in any event).

Qualify reasons for cancellation

(a) Illness, death, injury or maternity of any member of your party (detailed by you at the time of booking), or

(b) Your redundancy or that of your spouse (qualifying for payment under the Redundancy Payments legislation), or

(c) Your unforeseen occupational posting in your present employment, or

(d) Fire, floods, subsidence or malicious damage, rendering your home uninhabitable, or

(e) The police requiring your presence following a burglary at your home or place of business or witness, or

(f) Jury service by you or your spouse, or

(g) Death or serious injury or illness of a close relative or death of a business associate, partner or co-director

Provided that these circumstances arose AFTER the date you made your booking and you can supply documentary supporting evidence of the circumstances and the date they occurred.

If you cancel 'Without a Qualifying' reason

(a) For bookings cancelled between 6 and 10 weeks before your holiday start date then we will refund all other money paid less a cancellation deposit (see deposit table above), the Cancellation Cover charge plus a £40 administration fee.

(b) For bookings cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date then you will forfeit your full holiday cost.

How to cancel

If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us by postal letter, email or telephone. The date of cancellation is the date we recieve your letter, email or log your phone call. To ensure delivery we recommend all mailed cancellation letters are sent by recorded delivery to the address below. We can only accept cancellation from the lead booking name unless your documentary evidence shows they are unable to cancel the booking.

If you cancel your holiday you will be responsible for the full balance. However, if you have bought Holiday Cancellation Cover, you will be covered for some of these costs depending on when you cancel your holiday and the reasons for cancelling.

You can bring along your booking confirmation or just a note of your booking number if you are unable to print your confirmation. Please bring ID along with your booking number.

Most parks offer a range of family entertainment. Entertainment varies from park to park and you'll receive an entertainment guide when you arrive on park, for further information please check individual park information.

If you arrive late you can collect your keys from the security teams.Where possible, please advise us in advance if you plan to arrive at the holiday park late.

We do not accept arrivals after 11pm, other than under extreme circumstances, and then security on the park will provide the keys to your accommodation. Please advise us at the time of booking if you intend to arrive late.

All of our caravan and lodge holiday homes include the following:

The following are included in the cost of our holidays (except promotional holidays such as £9.50 Sun Holidays)

On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10am - you are more than welcome to use all park facilities after this time.

Whether you're travelling by car, bus, train or even plane, we have summarised some of the options available to you when it comes to finding directions to your holiday park.

When you use the search bar on our website to find your park of choice, the handy map tab will give you step-by-step instructions on how to get to the park from your home. Simply enter your postcode, press 'GO!' and the instructions will be provided for you alongside a helpful map.

You can also navigate to your favourite park using the 'Our Parks' tab on the homepage. Each individual park page has directions included to make sure you can get to your holiday destination with ease.

We have heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools at most of our holiday parks. Please visit the park specific page for further information.

All indoor and outdoor pools are fully heated.

For health and safety reasons some of our facilities have age and/or height restrictions. Children under the age of 8 must be supervised by an adult in the swimming pool. One adult may not supervise more than two children under 8 in the swimming pool and at Ruda, Trecco Bay and Warmwell Holiday Parks all children under 4 must be supervised by an adult on a one-to-one basis.
