Terms and Conditions

1. Summary
1.1 Win a "mega year of holiday happy" package worth over £10,000 in total.
1.2 To enter, complete the form on the Parkdean Resorts’ website at https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/holidays/mega-competition/.

2. Eligibility
2.1. Entrants must not be employed by or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by a member of the Parkdean Resorts Group.
2.2. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

3. Entry
3.1 One entry per person is permitted.
3.2 Entrants must complete the form on Parkdean Resorts’ website at https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/holidays/mega-competition/ between 06:00am on 3 February 2023 and 23:59pm on 31 March 2023 to be entered into the prize draw. Entries received outside of these times will not be accepted.

4. The draw
4.1 One winner will be drawn at random on or around 5 April 2023.
4.2 The winner will be notified via email no later than 4 weeks after the draw has taken place.
4.3 Entrants must ensure they include accurate contact details with their entry. Parkdean Resorts shall not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, corrupt, or unreachable email addresses.

5. The prize
5.1 The winner will receive:

• 5.1.1 One (1) off-peak short break at a Parkdean Resorts’ holiday park up to the value of £700.00. The holiday must have an arrival date before 01/12/2023. Excludes holidays arriving between 01/04/2023 – 24/04/2023, 02/05/2023 – 03/05/2023, 27/05/2023 – 03/06/2023, 18/07/2023 – 02/09/2023 and 07/10/2023 – 04/11/2023.
  5.1.2 One (1) 7-night holiday at a Parkdean Resorts’ holiday park up to the value of £2,000.00. The holiday must have an arrival date between 02/06/2023 and 02/09/2023.
  5.1.3 One (1) glamping experience up to 7 nights at a participating Parkdean Resorts’ holiday park up to the value of £600.00. The holiday must have an arrival date before 01/12/2023. This is only available at the following holiday parks: Holywell Bay, Newquay, Ruda, Sandford, West Bay, Vauxhall, Lower Hyde, Nodes Point and Thorness Bay. Excludes holidays arriving between 01/04/2023 – 24/04/2023, 02/05/2023 – 03/05/2023, 27/05/2023 – 03/06/2023, 18/07/2023 – 02/09/2023 and 07/10/2023 – 04/11/2023.
  5.1.4 One (1) 4-night mid-week “Tots” themed break at a participating Parkdean Resorts’ holiday park up to the value of £600.00. The holiday must have an arrival date before 01/12/2023. This is only available on selected dates at holiday parks running “Tots” themed breaks. Further information is available upon request.
  5.1.5 One (1) short break in lodge accommodation with a hot tub at a participating Parkdean Resorts holiday park up to the value of £1,000.00. The holiday must have an arrival date before 01/12/2023. This is only available at the following holiday parks: Ruda, Warmwell, Sandford, Cherry Tree, Southview, Coopers Beach, Landguard, Lower Hyde, Nodes Point, Thorness Bay, Fallbarrow, White Cross Bay, Tummel Valley, Carmarthen Bay and Cayton Bay. Excludes holidays arriving between 01/04/2023 – 24/04/2023, 02/05/2023 – 03/05/2023, 27/05/2023 – 03/06/2023, 18/07/2023 – 02/09/2023 and 07/10/2023 – 04/11/2023.
  5.1.6 One (1) “Winter Wonderland” short break at a participating Parkdean Resorts holiday park up to the value of £700.00. The holiday must have an arrival date before 31/12/2023. This is only available on selected dates at holiday parks running “Winter Wonderland” holidays. Further information is available upon request.
  5.1.7 £2,500 worth of Parkdean Resorts’ vouchers to spend on the holiday park during your holidays. The vouchers will be split across the holidays and are non-transferrable between holidays. The vouchers will be split as follows: (i) off-peak short break: £375; (ii) 7-night holiday: £700; (iii) glamping experience: £300; (iv) Tots themed break: £375; (v) short break at lodge with hot tub: £375; (vi) Winter Wonderland break: £375. Excludes activities . Excludes food and beverages sold by third parties.
  5.1.8 £1,000 worth of vouchers to spend at a supermarket. The supermarket will be determined by Parkdean Resorts at its discretion. The vouchers are not issued by Parkdean Resorts and will be subject to separate terms and conditions.
  5.1.9 One (1) "holiday happy essentials” package which includes some holiday essentials such as a suitcase with a retail value of at least £600. The contents of the holiday happy package will be determined by Parkdean Resorts at its discretion.
  5.1.10 One (1) Parkdean Resorts “Starland Krew” bundle with a retail value of at least £400.00.

5.2 All holidays are subject to the criteria above (including dates and participating parks), availability and individual holiday park opening dates. Further information is available on the Parkdean Resorts website.
5.3 No holidays can be taken at Gatebeck Holiday Park as it is an owners only holiday park.
5.4 The winner will need to contact Parkdean Resorts via telephone to book each of the holidays. Telephone numbers are available on its website.
5.5 The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.
5.6 Each of the holidays forming part of the prize are separate and the value of each holiday cannot be transferred to another holiday.
5.7 The winner must book each of the holidays forming part of the prize, but does not have to go on each of the holidays.
5.8 The winner must pay any additional cost of the holiday(s) if the price exceeds the value stated above.
5.9 If the cost of an individual holiday is less than the value stated above, any remaining value will be lost and cannot be used by the winner. It cannot be transferred to another holiday forming part of the prize.
5.10 Any extras such as pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs will be chargeable in line with Parkdean Resorts’ standard charges from time to time.
5.11 The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.
5.12 Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
5.13 The holidays forming part of the prize are subject to Parkdean Resorts’ standard holiday booking terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.

6. Administrative
6.1 Parkdean Resorts accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure.
6.2 Parkdean Resorts’ decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
6.3 Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
6.4 Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone where these terms and conditions or its standard holiday booking terms and conditions have been breached.
6.5 Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.6 In so far as is permitted by law, Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected. Parkdean Resorts may request that the winner participates in publicity relating to this competition, which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media.
6.7 You agree that the personal information provided by you when submitting your competition entry may be used by Parkdean Resorts to send you marketing communications. 6.8 The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
6.9 The Promoter of the competition is Parkdean Resorts. Parkdean Resorts is a reference to Parkdean Resorts UK Limited of 2nd Floor, One Gosforth Park Way, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8ET.
