Due a refund for a Parkdean Resorts holiday?

We’ve made it ultra-easy to follow our refund process. Simply answer the questions below that apply to your refund and you’ll find all the details you need.

Did you book directly through Parkdean Resorts*

How have you made your payment?*

Paid with debit/credit card

We will attempt to refund all monies due within 5 days to the card you have paid with. Should this be unsuccessful for any reason, we will contact you for your preferred account details and will arrange a bank transfer separately. We aim for all refunds to be actioned within 5 days, subject to receipt of correct information.

Paid by Direct Debit

We will attempt to refund your deposit to the card paid with and we will send all other monies via a bank transfer. This could mean multiple payments received on different days.

Multiple payments

We will attempt to return each payment via the same method you paid us. This could mean multiple card refunds on separate days or a mix of card refund/s and/or separate bank transfers. If we don’t have your up to date contact details, we will contact you for your preferred account number. We aim for all refunds to be actioned within 5 days subject to receipt of correct information.

Paid by 'other'

If you have paid via any other payment method for example cash, cheque or holiday sales voucher, then we will refund your monies via a bank transfer. We will write to you for your preferred account details and aim to refund within 5 days subject to receipt of correct information.
