The staff that I spoke with were very good. However I had tried on several occasions to telephone the park directly before I arrived. One person answered and said that Belinda would phone back but I never received a phone call. Other later attempts that I made were all unanswered. No answerphone facility was available and no-one picked up. Very frustrating. That is the reason that I have scored this element lowly.

Nodes Park always seem to have the best staff team. Genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and a friendly, can-do approach. It really sets them apart from the others.

Caravan was dirty even when contacting reception twice about it no change I had to clean it myself. Kitchen was crawling with ants. Hairs in the shower. Kettle leaking. Dirty tissue in main bedroom on the floor. I could go on and on. Not happy and wouldn’t book there again.
