Touring
The spectacular cliff-top views from Sandy Bay Holiday Park mark it a stunning touring destination, sat astride a gorgeous beach-side with access to the region’s many treasures. Whether you’re towing a caravan or driving a motorhome, the 6m x 6m pitches all have electric hook-up points. You’ll also have access to a host of great facilities including park-wide Wi-Fi, awning space, chemical and waste water disposal, a dishwashing area and drinking water taps.
The sandy beaches are directly accessible from the park - you can go from door to shore in a matter of seconds - whether that’s for swimming in the sea and building sandcastles, or simply so you can admire the miles of unspoilt beach.
In the surrounding area you’re almost spoilt for choice with things to do and places to see. For a perfect day out you could drive to Bamburgh and visit the coastal castle – one of Britain’s favourite views. The nearby town of Newbiggin has a beach promenade for you to stroll along and watch the sunset, while bigger towns are easily accessible by car or bus - including Ashington, Morpeth and Newcastle.
