When is October half term 2024?
October half term dates vary from council to council, as well as between England, Wales and Scotland. Don’t miss out on an autumn break - add these dates to your diary! Don’t forget to check your local council’s website to find the correct dates for your area.
England October half term dates
● The majority of schools in England will break up on Friday 25th October - and return 1 week later on Monday 4th November. Some schools, however, will break up a week earlier on Friday 18th October - returning on Monday 28th October.
Wales October half term dates
● All schools in Wales will break up on Friday 25th October - and return 1 week later on Monday 4th November.
Scotland October half term dates
● In Scotland, the majority of schools will break up on Friday 11th October - returning 1 week later on Monday 21st October. However, some schools break up at the start of the month, on Friday 4th October - returning on Monday 14th October.
Terms and Conditions
*£25 low deposit available for online bookings made using the Direct Debit Payment facility. Only available on holiday priced at £200 or more. Holidays must be booked a minimum of 16 weeks prior to travel to qualify for the Direct Debit payment options. Final payment must be taken 4 weeks + 1 day prior to travel.
