When Will Holiday Parks Reopen for Owners?

England

We are now open! From Monday 12th April, we reopened our parks and have started to safely welcome owners and holiday makers back. There will be limited facilities available on park until the Government eases restrictions. Click here to check which facilities are currently open.

To keep you and our people safe we require you to adhere to the social distancing measures we have put in place on park. Keep a safe distance from anyone outside your household bubble. Please make sure you comply with restrictions about households sharing a holiday home.

We are working in line with Government guidance, which means our teams are getting used to many new ways of working. We really appreciate your patience and ask that you help us by observing all essential protocols – they are there to keep you and our people safe.

Scotland

As of 10am on Saturday 17 April 2021 we’re pleased to let you know that you will be able to visit your holiday home to prepare it for the season, undertaking essential household tasks, such as cleaning.

Access to your park will be available from 9am until 6pm via appointment only and the expectation is that you will not need to be on park for more than three hours. To book a slot please contact your park before you travel via email and ensure you receive authorisation from the General Manager or a member of the park management team.

On arrival, please sign in at reception and sign out on departure. In line with Scottish Government guidance the park and all facilities remain closed until 26th April 2021 and no overnight stays will be permitted under any circumstances.

Please be aware that due to the park being closed, our teams are still operating on a skeleton basis, therefore they are in the process of draining up holiday homes across park. Please bear with the park team if your holiday home is still being prepared.

Wales

There will be limited facilities available on park until the Welsh Government eases restrictions. Click here to check which facilities are currently open.
