When Will Holiday Parks Reopen for Owners?

England

Following communication of the Government’s Roadmap we are excited to open our parks on Monday 12th April and look forward to safely welcoming you back to your holiday home then. Until this date, please remember that our parks are still required to remain closed by law. You can keep up to date with the Government advice at https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus.

Scotland

The First Minister has confirmed that, from Tuesday 5th January, mainland Scotland will move from Level 4 to a temporary lockdown, which means people should not leave their homes other than for essential purposes. This lockdown also means that our parks are required by law to close until further notice. Please keep updated with all restrictions at https://www.gov.scot/coronavirus-covid-19/.

The dates our parks will re-open for the 2021 season is led by government direction. We look forward to greeting holiday home owners as soon as Scottish Government restrictions allow, subject to existing individual park licenses and your pitch licence agreement.

Wales

The Welsh Government announced the whole of Wales was moving to alert level 4, which came into effect at 00.01am on Sunday 20 December 2020.

As in earlier lockdowns, this means people should not leave their homes other than for essential purposes. This lockdown also means that our parks are required by law to close until further notice. Please keep updated with all restrictions at https://gov.wales/alert-level-4.
