Cancellation Cover Terms - all you need to know!
We hope that you don’t need to use your Cancellation Cover, but if you do need to cancel your terms and conditions are detailed below. Please note by not adding the Cancellation Cover you will be liable for the full cost of your holiday should you have to cancel for any reason. Cancellation Cover can only be added at the time of booking.
If you cancel at our 'No Quibble' stage
(a)If you cancel your holiday more than 10 weeks before the holiday start date then we will refund all monies paid less the Cancellation Cover charge.
If you cancel for a 'Qualifying' reason
(a) For bookings cancelled between 6 and 10 weeks before your holiday start date then we will refund all your money less the Cancellation Cover charge.
(b) For bookings cancelled within 6 weeks and the day before your holiday start date we will refund all your money less the Cancellation Cover charge and a £40 Cancellation fee. (Any other charges/fees previously added to the booking will not be refunded in any event).

Qualifying reasons for cancellation
(a) Illness, death, injury or maternity of any member of your party (detailed by you at the time of booking), or
(b) Your redundancy or that of your spouse (qualifying for payment under the Redundancy Payments legislation), or
(c) Your unforeseen occupational posting in your present employment, or
(d) Fire, floods, subsidence or malicious damage, rendering your home uninhabitable, or
(e) The police requiring your presence following a burglary at your home or place of business or witness, or
(f) Jury service by you or your spouse, or
(g) Death or serious injury or illness of a close relative or the death of a business associate, partner or co-director
Provided that these circumstances arose AFTER the date you made your booking and you can supply documentary supporting evidence of the circumstances and the date they occurred.
If you cancel 'Without a Qualifying' reason
(a) For bookings cancelled between 6 and 10 weeks before your holiday start date then we will refund all other money paid less a cancellation deposit (see deposit table above), the Cancellation Cover charge plus a £40 administration fee.
(b) For bookings cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date then you will forfeit your full holiday cost.
How to cancel
If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us by postal letter, email or telephone. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your letter, email or log your phone call. To ensure delivery we recommend all mailed cancellation letters are sent by recorded delivery to the address below. We can only accept cancellation from the lead booking name unless your documentary evidence shows they are unable to cancel the booking.
