Kirk has extensive finance experience within listed leisure and retail businesses. He was previously Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at The Restaurant Group plc where he held the role for over five years, and before TRG was CFO at Greene King plc for over three years. Prior to Greene King he was Finance Director at JD Wetherspoon plc, and has held senior finance roles at Tesco plc and Marks & Spencer plc. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
