Xavier is an experienced senior leader with a track record in enterprise value creation through digital transformation, turn-around and scale-up.
Xavier joined Parkdean Resorts in 2022 from APCOA Parking Holdings, Europe’s number 1 parking operator, where he spent more than five years as Chief Marketing Officer and transformed the business from B2B analogue to B2C digital.
Prior to his role at APCOA, Xavier held a number of other senior and exco roles in the travel and mobility sectors, having also served as Group Managing Director – Digital for STA Travel, Head of Digital at RAC, and Director of Ecommerce EMEA at Avis Budget Group.
