Parkdean Resorts UK Holiday Parks

In 2021 we invested £12.3m to further upgrade our estate. This helps us continue our strategy of improving our existing parks to ensure every single one of our holidaymakers and holiday home owners has a great experience. We increased the number of pitches, upgraded our accommodation and even enhanced our retail offer, leisure facilities and paid-for activities on-park.

Holiday Sales

  • Whether customers are looking for a short seaside break in our caravans and lodges, or an escape to our cottages, apartments or hotels, we have something for every family and occasion.

  • We offer a wide range of high quality holidays for our guests who booked over 600,000 breaks with us in 2019. For holidaymakers looking for a more traditional break we offer touring caravan, motorhome and camping pitches with facilities available across the UK. We have recently added glamping at selected parks with our safari tents and mega pods, which have experienced high demand since launch.

Holiday Home Sales

  • We offer ownership of new and pre-owned caravans and lodges across 62 of our parks.
  • More than 21,000 families have fallen in love with our parks and chosen to purchase a holiday home from us to enjoy with their friends and family. Our holiday homes range from high quality traditional caravans to a bespoke selection of contemporary lodges.
  • Owners can also take part in a private letting scheme, so they can let their holiday homes at times they don’t wish to use their property, and gain income at the same time. The process is intentionally hassle-free as we take care of everything from start to finish.

Holiday Home Ownership

  • Owners pay a fixed site fee to locate their holiday home on park for the year. This fee includes the cost of making water and electricity available to the property, any upkeep and maintenance required, and storing the holiday home during the winter period for parks which do not operate a 12-month season

Food & Beverage and Paid-for Activities

  • Our parks have a wide retail offering, including a range of bars and restaurants to cater for all guests.
  • We also offer a range of paid-for family friendly activities on park, including the Bear Grylls Survival Academy, treetop courses, mini golf, pottery and much more for all ages.
