Currently, our Direct Debit payment option is only available to customers who book their holiday online, via the Parkdean Resorts website.
We do hope to offer Direct Debit as an option for customers booking via other means in the future, however, it cannot currently be used as a payment method when booking over the phone, via the reception team on park or when booking a promotional holiday through a third party, such as The Sun Holidays.
