If you've booked an Isle of Wight holiday with us, you're free to book your ferry at any time, and choose your own ferry provider should you wish. However, we are partnered with Wightlink, who offer our customers visiting the Isle of Wight an exclusive discount on ferry crossings. 48 hours after booking your holiday with us, you'll receive a link to book your discounted crossing. You can access this link by logging into 'Manage My Booking'. This link will take you to their website where you can select your preferred route, dates, times and add any special requests.
Parkdean Resorts are unable to influence any additional capacity if your preferred date or time is unavailable, so we advise to book as early as possible. If you choose to make use of our discount, your booking will be with Wightlink, not Parkdean Resorts. Therefore, all communications and payments for your ferry will not be attached to your holiday booking. If you wish to make any changes to or cancel your booking, you will need to do this directly with Wightlink.
