Pay with a voucher
If you have received a holiday voucher, you can pay the balance on your booking by logging in above, then entering your unique 16 digit voucher code online. Please note, you cannot use your voucher via our automated payment line. If you need help using your voucher or are unable to log into your booking online, please contact our customer service team. Pay by Internet Banking
Not paying by credit card, debit card or a holiday voucher? You can also pay your balance via internet banking. Simply log in to your internet banking site or app and follow their instructions to make a payment using one of the below sets of banking details. Please note: if you do not enter your booking number and surname we may not be able to allocate your payment to your booking. BACS payments must be received one week prior to your payment due date. This is to ensure that the payment clears and we can allocate the payment to your booking by the payment due date.
