It’s official - Parkdean Resorts is better than ever! And don’t just take our word for it – ask our holidaymakers, who made 2021 our best year ever for feedback scores, an extraordinary achievement after a particularly busy year with parks at capacity throughout the holiday season and beyond.
Holidaymakers recognised the fantastic work our teams have put in, with consistently high ratings across all feedback channels. Tens of thousands of customers provided feedback across four key platforms, with scores in Quarter 4 2021 peaking across Facebook (4.2 out of 5), Google (4.1), and Tripadvisor (4.0), and our 2021 figures comprising Google (4.1), Facebook (4.2) and our best ever Tripadvisor rating, show just how happy holidaymakers have been with their visits to our parks. Holiday home owners’ feedback also improved markedly in 2021, with NPS reaching 30.
Our team members have been working incredibly hard to ensure that guests remain safe and all COVID guidelines are met, while also providing memorable experiences for all the family. Guest feedback across all key areas improved during 2020, with record scores for value for money, as well as activities, buoyed by recent brand partnerships with Bear Grylls, MTV and Nickelodeon. In another ringing endorsement, 83% of people who visited Parkdean in 2021 told us they would be likely to book again.
