Parkdean Resorts Wins the Small Contact Centre of the Year Award


We’ve had cause for celebration this week as our Gosforth Head Office Contact Centre has been presented with the Small Contact Centre of the Year Award by the prestigious and nationally celebrated National Contact Centre of the Year Awards.

The judges were impressed by our dedication to exceptional service and contribution to the company’s impressive commercial results. We have been praised for our unique Value Impact Pride (VIP) training programme which is designed to empower our people to think differently and to put customers first.
