FAQs
Sessions will begin at the advertised start time and any latecomers won’t be permitted on lessons. Please arrive 20 minutes early to allow time to change. For Ringos/Mini Ringos you can arrive 5 minutes before your session starts.
We’re located at Parkdean Resorts Warmwell Holiday Park. To find us, drive into the park and down the hill on your left. Please note that there are limited parking spaces for guests at the snowsports centre.
Generally, dress for the weather! For Ringos, sensible footwear for walking is a must. For any ski/snowboard activity you will need to wear long sleeves, trousers and gloves that cover your fingers. This is due to the surface being rough to fall on.

Times change seasonally and are posted on our Facebook page. Please note: any slope users not displaying Level 2 standards will be asked to leave the slope with no refunds.
