Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice Awards
Thanks to consistently positive feedback from our holidaymakers, 32 of our holiday parks have been awarded the Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice Award for 2025, placing us in the top 10% of worldwide listings on Tripadvisor. These awards recognise businesses that earn consistently great reviews and honours select accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence.
David Bellamy Blooming Marvellous Pledge for Nature
The David Bellamy Conservation Award Scheme, organised by the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, has helped parks ‘go green’ for over 25 years and in recent years it was renamed the David Bellamy Blooming Marvellous Pledge for Nature.
All 65 of our parks have taken the David Bellamy Pledge for Nature, demonstrating our commitment to protect the wildlife that inhabits our parks. Each park has selected a wildlife challenge to enhance the flora and flora on the park, including creating habitats and homes for wildlife, creating areas where insects can pollinate, and enhancing water and wetland areas.
Continued National recognition at the British Travel Awards
Since 2010, we’ve won at least one British Travel Award nearly every single year! In 2025, we won again, taking home the Silver Awards for Best Company for UK Family Holidays, and Best Company for UK Parks and Lodges Holidays.
Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award
We are proud to have achieved the Gold Award in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme which is the highest accolade a company can receive in the scheme. The gold award recognises employers who support defence are exemplar in their sector.
Blue Flag and Seaside Award
The prestigious Blue Flag award is given to beaches which meet strict criteria, including water quality, environmental management, and public information and safety services. The Seaside Awards recognise the UK’s best beaches, marking them as clean, safe, attractive and well managed. We are proud that some of our holiday park beaches including Trecco Bay and Challaborough Bay have been awarded with these commendations in 2025.
