People
Our journey so far...
We achieved a Silver award in the MOD’s Employer Recognition Awards Scheme in July 2021 in recognition of our support to the Armed Forces; we proactively engage military communities in our recruitment activities and support them through tailored HR policies.
We partnered with the Kickstart employment scheme in May 2021, giving young people a unique opportunity to launch a new career within the hospitality industry, through six-month placements and training on our parks.
We give our people the freedom to progress and develop internally. We offer apprenticeship opportunities across a range of careers and department specific academies to help people develop and prepare for the next steps in their career, as well as support gaining professional qualifications.

Our journey so far...
In May 2020, Southview Holiday Park provided 47 nights’ worth of free accommodation to NHS key workers so they could isolate during Covid-19 crisis.
Our teams across the country donated £3,250 worth of food and essential household items to local food banks, schools and community groups in need.
At our Southview Holiday Park, in partnership with the Team Margot charity, we provide free holidays to families experiencing childhood cancer, allowing families to spend much-needed quality time together during difficult circumstances.
We provide free holidays to military personnel through our partnership with the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity, and the Army Central Fund. The breaks are awarded, not only as recognition of the Service Person, but also their families, for the extraordinary sacrifices and support they provide whilst their loved ones are deployed around the globe.
