Connecting with communities
Our parks are more than holiday destinations, they’re part of thriving local ecosystems. We engage with and contribute to our communities through employment, donations and by looking after our natural surroundings. Providing career opportunities and training for local people is really important to us, with 78% of our team members living within a ten-mile radius of our parks. We support our charity partners and as bringing families together is at the heart of what we do, we gift free holidays to military families who often spend time apart so they can create happy memories.
