£140 million invested in our parks

In 2022, as part of our biggest ever investment programme, we invested £140 million in our holiday parks across the UK. The nationwide investment in our on-park facilities and amenities improved the guest experience through upgraded accommodation, developed pitches, and an improved retail and food and beverage proposition.

We introduced a whole new range of activities for all age groups

Brand new activities include a dog agility course, outdoor sports courts, crazy golf, high ropes course, Laser Quest, our Arts & Crafts Dens, and many more entertaining activities. The new Sports Domes on our parks also offer a wide range of exciting activities, including state-of-the-art virtual reality games and a new adventure playground, as well as hover boards and bungee trampolines.

Following the launch of the Bear Grylls Survival Academy in 2020, we introduced even more themed survival missions in 2021, delivering an engaging understanding of Bear Grylls’ survival skills that the whole family can enjoy.

Investment into our accommodation

The 2022 investment included over 850 new caravans and lodges, new developments at 16 holiday parks, and hundreds of refreshed and upgraded chalets and lodges with a brand-new look.

New pitches and developments were rolled out at 13 holiday parks in 2022, offering a rare opportunity to become a proud holiday home owner in some of the UK’s finest beauty spots.

A further £6m was been spent on connectivity projects, with enhancements to employee and direct-to-van Wi-Fi across many parks.
