Multi-million pound investment in our parks
We are thrilled to announce a bold c£50 million investment in 2026, bringing even more unforgettable experiences to our guests. This major upgrade will transform on-park facilities and amenities, enhance retail developments, and expand pitches to create even more room for adventure, relaxation, and family fun. It’s all part of our commitment to delivering exceptional holidays in the UK’s most beautiful locations.
Innovation in the East of England
Highfield Grange in Essex and Vauxhall Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth will undergo major transformations in 2026. We’re delivering the most exciting product we’ve ever offered, with a record number of brand-new activities. Guests can look forward to Parkdean firsts including indoor mini golf, levelled-up high and low ropes, and immersive Bear Grylls escape rooms.
Both parks will see the introduction of a brand-new sports bar concept, Hat-Tricks, where industrial-chic design meets contemporary lounge comfort. This stylish social hub will provide the perfect place for couples and families alike to enjoy great food and drinks, and have fun with indoor interactive games like shuffleboard, darts and adventure golf.
From tots to teenagers - there's something for everyone
Both parks will be packed with activities for all ages to ensure every member of the family has a brilliant time. For families with younger children, the enhanced indoor and outdoor Tots Zones will offer even more space to play, explore, and create lasting memories together. Older kids can enjoy the expansive indoor and outdoor play areas, and for children aged 4 and up, the off-road driving range provides the exciting chance to get behind the wheel in a fun and safe setting.
Making a difference locally
This almost £50 million investment will not only elevate the guest experience but will also deliver a significant boost to the local economy. By expanding facilities, developing new pitches, and attracting more visitors, we’re supporting local businesses and helping communities thrive. This investment will create up to 100 new jobs, including full-time roles and a range of seasonal positions.
Building on success
This follows the £140m investment programme delivered in 2022, our largest to date, which saw significant upgrades across our parks. Highlights included the introduction of high ropes, virtual reality games, and the Bear Grylls Survival Academy. Over 850 new caravans and lodges were added, with developments at 16 parks and improved connectivity through a £6 million Wi-Fi upgrade, all designed to enrich the guest experience and help to create unforgettable holidays.
