Judith joined Parkdean as its in-house solicitor in September 2002 following Parkdean’s listing on AIM and became Company Secretary in November 2002. As Company Secretary Judith was responsible for the legal and regulatory work and governance associated with the company being listed on AIM. In 2006, Judith became responsible for overseeing all the legal, regulatory, compliance and licensing functions across the Group.
On the merger of Parkdean and Park Resorts in November 2015 Judith was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary of the merged business. She is a qualified solicitor with over 25 years’ experience dealing with all aspects of corporate, banking, private equity and business law. Before joining Parkdean, Judith worked as a senior associate solicitor at Bond Dickinson in Newcastle. She also spent several years as a senior legal advisor at private equity company, 3i plc. and in private practice in the city and at a large national firm.
