Lisa joined Parkdean Resorts in January 2020 after previously working for LSL Property Services plc as Group HR Director. Lisa is a seasoned Non-Executive Director, having held several roles in listed businesses and is currently a Non-Executive Director for Royal College of General Practitioners.
She is a former Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Tracsis plc and a former Non-Executive Director at Countrywide Plc, as well as various roles supporting the not for profit sector.
A high-profile business leader in the North East, Lisa is well respected on a national level and brings significant experience of working with large and complex multi-site operations. She is known for her inspirational and supportive leadership style during periods of change, as well as her long term emphasis on the importance of highly visible leadership, professional training and the culture of empowerment.
