Mos Shamel is Parkdean Resorts’ Chief Operating Officer.
An experienced operator who has a real depth of experience in leisure and hospitality, Mos has responsibility for all park operations, people and retail matters.
Mos was most recently CEO is Las Iguanas restaurant group which he sold to Casual Dining Group in 2016, agreeing to stay on and help it grow. Mos developed the brand into one of the most widely-admired bar-restaurant businesses in the UK, which last year was voted 27th in the Sunday Times annual ‘best businesses to work for’ index.
Prior to this, Mos had a broad and varied career, working in food and beverage management in the US, for Disney and then for the Cunard Corporation, which operates cruise ships such as the QE2. He has also run a substantial UK bar and nightclub business.
