Customer feedback scores have been consistently high at Parkdean Resorts this season as families continued to enjoy the Great British staycation.
Responses on customer review platform, Feefo, revealed that the average satisfaction score was an impressive 4/5. The combined customer satisfaction score from Google, Tripadvisor and Feefo resulted in a remarkable average rating of 4.1/5, reflecting an impressive 82% satisfaction level.
85% of customers said they would recommend Parkdean Resorts to friends and family, a ringing endorsement of the work that our teams are putting in during peak season when parks are busy.
