Parkdean Resorts has recorded record results in its annual Team Engagement Survey, with industry-leading positive engagement from its holiday park and Central Support team members.
Over 7,000 team members (97%) responded to this year’s survey, up by 3% from the previous year, with a 90% positive engagement score overall – a 7% increase from 2024, and 20% above the hospitality industry benchmark.
Team members described Parkdean Resorts as “industry-leading”, praising the positive culture and supportive management team, stating “I am proud to be working for a company that values everyone,” and “it’s amazing to work with a great company – I’m proud to wear the uniform.” Additionally, 94% of employees agreed with the statement “I am motivated to do my best work in my role”, an increase of 7% since 2024.
Parkdean Resorts own and operate 65 holiday parks across the UK, all of which scored over 81% for positive engagement.

Parkdean Resorts welcomes over three million holidaymakers each year and continues to record excellent visitor reviews with a 2025 year to date Tripadvisor score of 4.5/5. This year, Parkdean Resorts recorded record results in the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, with 32 of its holiday parks and hotels placing in the top 10% of businesses consistently earning positive reviews.
