Fallbarrow Hall, the largest exclusive hire mansion in the Lake District, situated within Fallbarrow Holiday Park in Bowness-on-Windermere, is celebrating the results of its impressive restoration works with a grand ‘birthday’ party for local businesses.

The Hall also recently celebrated its first anniversary since being managed solely by Parkdean Resorts, which adds further reason to celebrate.

The recently completed restoration work to the Grade II listed Victorian Gothic mansion listed building showcases the hall’s rich history while ensuring it is equipped to host a modern, 21st century get together as the largest exclusive hire house in the Lake District.

Neighbours of the Hall and the local business community are invited to enjoy a tour of the beautifully refurbished venue on 27th April from 10am-3pm, which can be hired exclusively for corporate, wedding and leisure events, and will also enjoy a welcome drink on arrival.

With 18 bedrooms, including two self-contained apartments and a choice of entertainment spaces, Fallbarrow Hall has room for up to 36 people. The Hall boasts a private cocktail bar, library, cinema room, and basement games room, complete with pool table and table football, along with a chill-out room designed especially for children.

Hire for many different occasions

Parkdean Resorts is offering the Hall out to hire for many different occasions, including leisure stays with friends and family and corporate meetings with a difference, such as unique team building residentials. With great transport links, trains are available from London to Windermere with journey times under 3 hours, making Fallbarrow Hall an ideal choice for businesses wanting a unique and rural, yet luxurious, team trip away.

The gracefully restored Hall is also soon to be offering deluxe and exclusive micro-sized wedding packages, where guests can enjoy a spot of luxury in the heart of the Lake District. The Hall offers a cosy and intimate wedding setting, which is completely brand new to the market.

Whether it is a summer garden party wedding or a cosy winter wonderland occasion, all wedding packages are created with flexibility in mind. There is the option to get married indoors or outdoors, in the picturesque and large private garden surrounding the Hall, with stunning views of the iconic Lake Windermere.
