Parkdean Resorts is celebrating the hard work and dedication of Gemma Davison, who has reached an incredible milestone of 15 years at the leading holiday park operator’s Central Support Office in Gosforth, Newcastle.

The 37-year-old Data Administrator has spent the last five years working on the company’s retail systems, overseeing menus, card machine payments and more. She previously worked within the owner support team and as a customer service advisor, where she first began her journey with the company in September 2009.

When asked about her 15 years of service, Gemma Davison said: “I’m delighted to be celebrating 15 years with Parkdean Resorts. No day is the same, there's always something new to learn, and it's like working with family. I’ve met amazing people who are now friends for life.

“The business has changed a lot since I started in 2009. We were based on the top floor of this building and had just 24 holiday parks, and now we have the full building and 66 parks. Parkdean Resorts just keeps getting bigger and better, and I’m so excited to be part of it.”

Lisa Charles-Jones, HR Director, Parkdean Resorts, said: “Our people are our greatest asset and central to providing our guests with the most amazing holiday experience. We’re proud to provide amazing, adaptable careers that allow our teams to move between departments and apply themselves across the business. It’s fantastic to be celebrating this huge anniversary with Gemma and we want to thank her for her continued dedication.”

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys swimming, spending time with her friends, and days out with her 13-year-old son. She is also busy planning for her wedding in May 2025.
