Parkdean Resorts, the UK’s leading holiday park operator, is celebrating the incredible 20-year work anniversary of Keith Olsen, Assistant Maintenance Manager at Crimdon Dene Holiday Park in Hartlepool.

Keith, 60, has dedicated his career to the maintenance team at Crimdon Dene. Over the years, he has progressed to the role of assistant maintenance manager. While his expertise is in caravan upkeep, his versatility is a real asset—often stepping in to support with groundskeeping, general maintenance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

In his spare time, Keith enjoys watching sports, with football being his favourite. He is also passionate about motor racing, socialising with friends, and spending quality time with his family.

Reflecting on his 20 years of service, Keith said: "I’ve really loved working at Parkdean over the years – no two days are ever the same. I enjoy helping owners and holidaymakers have a smooth, trouble-free stay, and working outdoors in such a beautiful setting is a real bonus.

“The team is great, and it’s been amazing to see how much the business has grown since I started – with bigger caravans, a larger hirefleet, and always something to keep us busy."
