The UK’s largest holiday park operator, Parkdean Resorts, has announced that it has joined the Kickstart scheme, giving young people a unique opportunity to launch a new career within the hospitality industry at one of their 66 parks across the UK.
After a challenging 18 months for the hospitality sector, Parkdean Resorts have been working towards helping local communities who are struggling with employment.
As an official Kickstart employer and as one of the biggest Kickstart schemes in the UK, Parkdean Resorts will provide young people on Universal Credit and at risk of long-term unemployment with a 6-month work placement, alongside a fully approved training programme. The Government funded scheme provides these young people with the skills to succeed in the industry, helping them move into sustained employment and giving them the chance for future progression at the company.
Parkdean Resorts are now actively recruiting and anyone interested should apply through their local Jobcentre work coach.
