On 30^th June 2026, team members across Parkdean Resorts traded their desks and parks for the sports court as they came together for a fun-filled charity tournament in support of Make-A-Wish UK.

Bringing teams together from across the business, the event featured competitive netball matches, fast-paced dodgeball games and exciting volleyball rallies, with team members showing incredible teamwork, energy and determination throughout the day. Thanks to their efforts, more than £1500 was raised for Parkdean Resorts’ charity partner, Make-A-Wish UK.

The partnership is built on a shared commitment to creating magical moments and unforgettable experiences for families who need them most. Make-A-Wish UK grants life-changing wishes for children living with critical illnesses, helping to bring hope, joy and precious memories during challenging times. Wishes can range from becoming a princess or a spy for the day to enjoying a much-needed family holiday by the sea.

Since the partnership launched less than a year ago, Parkdean Resorts has raised and donated almost £100,000 to Make-A-Wish UK through colleague and customer fundraising activities, as well as gift-in-kind donations, including holiday breaks for wish families.

The sports tournament is the latest example of team members going above and beyond to support the charity and make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and their families.
