Parkdean Resorts, the UK’s largest holiday park operator, has launched a nationwide recruitment campaign as it gears up for another busy season.
Driven by strong bookings for 2026, the company is set to recruit over 4,000 people across its 65 UK-wide parks. With 250 different careers across its business, the company is hiring for a wide range of seasonal roles in different departments, including Chefs, Receptionists, Security Officers, Lifeguards and bar team members. Employees continue to rate Parkdean Resorts as a standout place to work. In the latest People Engagement Survey, over 7,000 team members took part - an exceptional 97% response rate. The company achieved a 90% positive engagement score, up 7% on 2024 and 20% higher than the hospitality industry benchmark.
