Parkdean Resorts, the UK's leading holiday park operator, has announced a new partnership with Red Funnel, the original Isle of Wight ferry operator, strengthening travel connectivity for guests visiting its four holiday parks on the Island.

The partnership brings together two leading leisure and transport operators with a shared focus on improving access to one of the UK's most popular domestic holiday destinations. Through the integration of Red Funnel services into Parkdean Resorts' booking channels, guests will be able to access discounted ferry fares and arrange travel at the same time as booking their accommodation.

Andy Edge, Chief Marketing Officer at Parkdean Resorts said: "This partnership marks an important addition to our transport offering, providing our guests with greater choice and convenience when planning their stay. By integrating Red Funnel's services into our booking channels, we are making travel to the Isle of Wight easier while supporting the long-term growth of tourism on the Island and creating value for both organisations."

Established in 1861, Red Funnel has connected Southampton and the Isle of Wight for more than 160 years. Carrying more than 3.4 million passengers annually across its ferry and Red Jet services, the company plays a vital role in supporting connectivity, tourism and local communities on the Island.

Lee Hudson, Commercial Director at Red Funnel, added: "We are delighted to be partnering with Parkdean Resorts. Together, we can make it easier for guests to travel to and from the Isle of Wight while showcasing everything the destination has to offer. We look forward to working closely with Parkdean Resorts to deliver added value for customers and support the Island's visitor economy."#

The partnership reflects Parkdean Resorts' continued investment in enhancing the guest experience, from booking through to the holiday itself. Guests planning a stay at its four Isle of Wight parks will benefit from discounted ferry fares and greater travel flexibility, while Red Funnel's Southampton route complements the operator's existing ferry partnerships from Portsmouth and Lymington, further strengthening access to the Island.
