Three Parkdean Resorts holiday parks in the Lake District have maintained their five-star ratings following quality assessments from VisitEngland.
Fallbarrow, Limefitt and White Cross Bay Holiday Parks each scored the highest possible rating of five stars from the VisitEngland Quality Scheme, which recognises businesses that offer a consistently high standard of quality and service.
All parks were praised for their cleanliness, presentation, and views of and proximity to nearby rivers, lakes, hills and mountains. Limefitt Holiday Park received high praise for The Haybarn Inn pub, with refreshed flooring and furniture giving the indoor space a modern look and feel, along with a large seating area outside complimented by outdoor heaters.
Meanwhile, at Fallbarrow Holiday Park, The Willow Bar & Restaurant was celebrated for its modernised décor, including fresh carpeting and a wide variety of seating. Inspectors also noted the accessibility features and newly added pool table in the bar area.
Over at White Cross Bay Holiday Park, the park was also rewarded for its clean and well-maintained arcade, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and refreshed changing rooms.
Toby Durston, Regional Director at Parkdean Resorts, comments: “It’s wonderful to receive such positive feedback from VisitEngland. We’re always striving to give our holidaymakers the best experience possible, so we’re pleased to see that the hard work and effort put in by the team has been awarded so highly.”
Fallbarrow, Limefitt and White Cross Bay Holiday Parks are three of the eight Parkdean Resorts holiday parks to hold five-star ratings from VisitEngland. Earlier this year, the three parks also received prestigious Tripadvisor Traveller’s Choice Awards – signifying they are in the top 10% of businesses consistently earning positive reviews.
