32 years leadership experience in leisure and hospitality, pubs, branded restaurants, budget hotels, nightclubs and entertainment centres.

Former MD and CEO of Scottish & Newcastle Spirit Group, Novus and Casual Dining Group.

President of UKHospitality.

Richard Giles, Chief Financial Officer

20 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and transformation across global businesses.

Richard spent eight years at De Beers Group, the world’s leading diamond company, serving as CFO for consumer markets.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant and Fellow Corporate Treasurer.

Mos Shamel, Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Parkdean Resorts, Mos was CEO of Las Iguanas for 15 years.

Background in Operations for Disney Florida and Cruise Ships (QE2).

Andy Edge, Chief Marketing Officer

Andy joined Parkdean Resorts in January 2025 from Diageo.

Andy brings strong industry knowledge, having previously worked as Chief Commercial Officer at Away Resorts, and Sales and Marketing Director at Park Resorts before the merger with Parkdean Holidays to form Parkdean Resorts.

Judith Archibold, General Counsel and Company Secretary

Over 25 years' experience dealing with all aspects of corporate, banking, private equity and business law.

Former senior associate solicitor at Bond Dickinson in Newcastle.

Lisa Charles-Jones, HR Director

Former Group HR Director at LSL Property Services plc.

Currently a Non-Executive Director for Royal College of General Practitioners.

John McKenzie, Managing Director for Holiday Home Sales

Previous experience at Inchcape as a Sales & CRM Director and at Intertek, providing quality assurance, testing, inspection and certification services.

Most recently Director of Transportation Technology, heading up Mercedes Benz franchises in the UK.

David Lodge, Property Director

Over 30 years’ experience in Property, Maintenance & Developments within the Leisure and Hospitality sector.

10 years with private design companies and 21 years with leisure PLC and PE backed businesses.

Simon Perry, Non-Executive Director

Previous roles include Managing Partner of EY's UK Transaction Advisory Services division, EY’s Global Head of Private Equity, and a Governor of the University of Plymouth.
