Using the Parkdean Resorts app
Download the Parkdean Resorts app from the Google Play Store if you’re using an Android device, or the Apple App Store if you’re using an Apple device. Look out for the Parkdean Resorts logo, select the park you’re staying at and you’re ready to go.

Make your time on park even more rewarding with Parkdean Rewards, our new loyalty programme available through the Parkdean Resorts app.
Simply tap the Parkdean Rewards banner in the app to join and start to earn rewards credits as you spend, on eligible food and drink orders at participating venues. You can then use your rewards towards future purchases while you’re on park.

Parkdean Rewards - Earn Rewards While You Enjoy Your Stay
Parkdean Rewards is our way of saying thank you. When you join the scheme through the Parkdean Resorts App, you'll earn Rewards Credit on qualifying food and drink purchases made through the app at participating venues across our parks. Your rewards are added automatically and can be used towards future food and drink purchases.
Joining Parkdean Rewards
Getting started is easy. When you download and sign up for the Parkdean Resorts App, you'll be given the option to join Parkdean Rewards. Joining is completely optional, so you can still use the app to order food and drink even if you choose not to take part. Parkdean Rewards is available to:- Holidaymakers
- Holiday Home Owners
- Team Members
- Earning Rewards
Once you've joined Parkdean Rewards, qualifying food and drink purchases made through the app at participating venues will automatically earn rewards credit. Rewards can only be earned on purchases made after you've joined the scheme. Any purchases made before signing up are not eligible for rewards credit.
Discounts, Offers and Owner Benefits
You can continue to enjoy Owner discounts, promotions and special offers when ordering through the app. Rewards are calculated on the final amount paid after any eligible discounts or offers have been applied.
Participating Venues
Rewards can be earned on qualifying food and drink purchases made through participating venues on our parks, including:
- Main restaurants and bars within the main complex
- Parkdean Resorts food and drink outlets
- Click & Collect services
- Delivery services available from participating food and drink venues
Participating venues may vary by park.
Using Your Rewards
Once you've built up rewards credit, you can redeem it when placing food and drink orders through the Parkdean Resorts App at participating venues. You can use your rewards credit to:- Pay for an order in full, if you have enough credit available
- Pay for part of an order and use another payment method for the remaining balance
How Long Rewards Last
Rewards credit remains valid for 12 months from the date it is earned. Any rewards credit that hasn't been used within 12 months will automatically expire and be removed from your account.
Leaving the Scheme
If you decide Parkdean Rewards isn't for you, you can remove your account at any time. Any unused rewards credit remaining in your account will be lost once your account is removed.
