We’ll do all we can to make sure you enjoy your holiday, but sometimes things may go wrong. If this happens, our on park teams would love the opportunity to help put things right with you.

We’re pleased to say that most guest complaints are successfully resolved by our on park Management Team during your stay. On the rare occasion you return home unhappy, please contact our Customer Relations Team within 14 days of your departure.
