We’re always delighted to hear great feedback and are thrilled that the reviews of our award-winning parks are overwhelmingly positive. However, we know on rare occasions, we can get it wrong. And we value your feedback so we can make sure we put things right.

Where to read reviews

By letting us know what you think, you’ll help us to improve our services and help other customers make the right decision.

That’s why we’ve made it as easy as possible to find reviews of our holiday parks online. Thanks to the World Wide Web, there are countless third party websites where you can read reviews from our guests, including TripAdvisor, Google and Facebook.

Our main review platform is Feefo. Independent and impartial, Feefo provides a trusted source of reviews for all of our holiday parks and customer service team. To read our reviews, simply head to your holiday park of choice by clicking ‘Our Parks’ in the menu above. Once you’ve selected your park, you just need to click the Feefo reviews section underneath the park’s name.

How to leave a review

We love hearing feedback from our customers, whether it’s sharing your recommendations for things to do, shouting out a member of the team who made your holiday extra special or perhaps flagging something which we may have let you down on.

That’s why every single customer who books with us receives a follow up invitation from Feefo to leave a review with us, allowing you to score us on what matters most and share your words with our team and other customers.

Contacting the reception team as soon as an issue arises gives us the chance to put things right as quickly as possible - so you can get back to what matters most - enjoying your holiday!
