Our membership cards are exclusively available to our owners, and we are offering up to 10 cards for you and your chosen friends and family members. Upon receiving your card, you will be able to unlock all of our fantastic owner benefits, including discounts in our bars and restaurants and access to facilities and venues, as well as providing security to you whilst you’re on park.

Before signing up, take a look at our handy ‘need to knows’ below:

You are entitled to up to 10 membership cards per holiday home, to give to chosen friends and family.
You will be required to supply a full name and digital photograph for every adult.
If you have children in your party, they must be included within your allocation. Children aged between 2 and 17 years will be issued with a separate Under 18s membership card. These will not require a photograph.

Tips for uploading a photo

Please pay close attention to how your photo looks in the preview window. Certain photographs will not work and cards cannot be printed unless we can see your face clearly. If you can clearly see your face in the blue square inside the preview box the card will be good to print. If you cannot see your face try dragging your photo left or right then move/resize the blue box by dragging it into the perfect position.

Please ensure that the photo that you are using is similar to that would be used for other identification such as driving licence or passport
Before adding the photo you will need to ensure the image or a copy of this has been saved in a safe and retrievable location on your PC or device
Once you have selected 'Add photo' you will need to locate the file location where the image was initially saved on your PC or device
When you have located the required photo, please double click on the image or select Open from the search option to complete the upload

To allocate membership cards to your friends and family, click ‘Add Guest’ and complete the details required for each guest. For children aged between 2-17 years, please tick the check box 'Guest is a child', as they will not require a photograph on their membership card.
