Access to Facilities
Owners at our parks can enjoy free access to our facilities and complex throughout the ownership season - without the need for an entertainment pass. Simply show your membership card at the door. From restaurants to swimming pools, you can come and go as you please.
Our owners benefit from an exclusive 20% discount on food, drinks and takeaways across all of our parks. Plus an additional 10% for the remainder of 2021, bringing your total discount to 30%. Treat yourself or your family and friends to a tasty meal at one of our on-park restaurants, treat the kids to a takeaway or enjoy the sunshine with some cold beers for less.
As an owner, we're sure you'll spend plenty of time on-park relaxing and unwinding. However, if you're feeling active, then you'll be able to take advantage of your 20% discount against our paid leisure activities, plus an additional 10% for the remainder of 2021, bringing your total discount to 30%. Our premium activities are sure to be a hit with the kids and grandkids when they visit, or why not try one for yourself! Fancy inviting your friends or family to stay on-park with you? As an owner, you can extend a 15% discount on holiday bookings to guests at your park - with a maximum saving up to £250. So if you don't have room to fit them in your caravan or lodge when they visit, or you simply want everyone to have their own space, they can visit for less.
As an owner you're not just buying a caravan or lodge, you're becoming part of a warm and welcoming community on park. Our Owner Experience Team on park are always working hard to welcome existing and new owners - with regular events and catch ups throughout the year.
Not only are they a great way to meet other owners on your park and make new friends, but they're also an opportunity to get to know the team on park and feedback into the park's running and development. Some of the events you can look forward to throughout the ownership season include:
- Coffee & Catch Ups! These regular catch ups are hosted by your park's General Manager and are a great way to find out what's happening on park, give any feedback and meet the team - with a cuppa on us
- Owners' Swim Available at selected parks with swimming pool facilities, you'll be able to book onto owner swim sessions for exclusive use of the pool, free of charge. It's a great way to keep fit and meet other like-minded owners
