Improved cardiovascular health

The warm water of a hot tub causes blood vessels to expand. It also increases heart rate; both of which can help improve circulation and heart function over time.

Muscle recovery

A hot tub is a great way to aid recovery, whether you've been hitting the gym or out for a long walk. The increased blood flow caused by the warm water actively promotes healing, increasing the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscles.

Hot tub safety

We know you’ll want to make the most of your hot tub as soon as possible, but in the interests of everyone’s enjoyment and safety, there are a few guidelines in place to ensure guests are using the hot tub accordingly and we hope you will be happy to follow them.

Click here to view our full terms of use, which will also be provided for you when you arrive at the park. Please note, on changeover days, extra time will be needed to clean the hot tubs before the arrival of the next guests and therefore they will not be available for use until around 7pm. After that, feel free to sit back, relax and enjoy your hot tub holiday!

Who should stay out of hot tubs?

Due to safety reasons, there are a number of people who should not use a hot tub. This includes children under 8, people who are unable to keep their head out of the water, and people who are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. See our safety guide above for more information.

What time of year is best for a hot tub?

Our hot tub lodges are available to book throughout the year and are popular with our guests during all seasons. However, we especially recommend them during the cooler months in spring and autumn, offering a great way to warm up and relax after a day out exploring.
