Blue Flag and Seaside Award

Blue Flag and Seaside awards

The prestigious Blue Flag award recognises beaches with high standards in water quality, safety, and environmental management. Seaside Awards highlight the UK’s best-managed and most attractive beaches. In 2025, eight beaches near our holiday parks received these awards, including Challaborough Bay, Walton-on-the-Naze and Whitley Bay for Blue Flag status, and Camber Sands, Kessingland Beach and Cayton Bay for Seaside Awards. David Bellamy Award

David Bellamy Blooming Marvellous Pledge for Nature

The David Bellamy Conservation Award Scheme, organised by the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, has helped parks 'go green' for over 25 years and in recent years it was renamed the David Bellamy Blooming Marvellous Pledge for Nature.

All 65 of our parks have taken the David Bellamy Pledge for Nature, demonstrating our commitment to protect the wildlife that inhabits our parks. Each park has selected a wildlife challenge to enhance the flora and fauna on the park, including creating habitats and homes for wildlife, creating areas where insects can pollinate, and enhancing water and wetland areas.
