2018 Round the Island Race

As one of the world’s largest yacht races, this event has to be seen to be fully appreciated.

The Round the Island Race will pass Thorness Bay first thing on 7th July, with great vantage points just a short drive away from the park. We’d highly recommend the 20-minute drive to Fort Victoria to watch the race from Sconce Point, or head to the start and finish points at Cowes in less than 15-minutes.
