1. Summary

1.1. Win a Starland Krew Sparky merchandise bundle worth £75.

1.2. Enter via Parkdean Resorts’ Instagram page on the “Sparky’s Birthday Giveaway” competition post.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entrants must not be employed by or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by a member of the Parkdean Resorts Group.

2.2. Immediate family includes parents, siblings, spouse, and children.

2.3. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

3. Entry

3.1. One entry per person is permitted.

3.2. In the event of multiple entries, only the first submission will be accepted.

3.3. Entrants must comment a blue heart emoji on the “Sparky’s Birthday Giveaway” competition post. Entrants must complete the “Sparky’s Birthday Giveaway“ submission form on the Parkdean Resorts website (the link can be found within the bio of Parkdean Resorts’ Instagram page). The entrant must also follow the @ParkdeanResorts Instagram page (the “Entry Requirements”).

3.4. Entry is deemed as acceptance to receive marketing communications from Parkdean Resorts, entrants can opt out at any time. Further details on how we use your information can be found in our privacy policy here https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

3.5. Winner’s details will be published online and may be used in future marketing activity with the winner’s consent.

3.6. Entrants must enter between 9am on 04/05/2024 and 9am on 10/05/2024. Entries received outside of these times will not be accepted.

4. The draw

4.1. One winner will be chosen at random after 9am on 10/05/2024.

4.2. If the winner chosen at random has not followed the Entry Requirements, the draw will be redrawn until a winner who has followed the Entry Requirements is chosen.

4.3. The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided on the submission form and will be asked to provide a valid postal address to receive the prize. This will happen on or around 10/05/2024.

4.4. Parkdean Resorts shall not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, corrupt, or unreachable email or home addresses.

5. The prize

5.1. The winner will receive one (1) Parkdean Resorts “Sparky Starland Krew” merchandise bundle with a retail value of at least £75.00 posted to the winner free of charge.

5.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.

5.3. The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.

5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

6. Administrative

6.1. Parkdean Resorts UK Limited (the Promoter) accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, because of any equipment failure. 

6.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost or damaged due to the fault of any third party.

6.3. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

6.4. Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

6.5. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone where these terms or our standard holiday terms and conditions have been breached.

6.6. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

6.7. In so far as is permitted by law, Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6.8. Parkdean Resorts may request that the winner participates in publicity relating to this competition, which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media.

6.9. The Promoter may either publish or make available on request the social media account name of the prize winner to satisfactorily demonstrate that a prize has been won, either to other entrants and/or a relevant regulatory body.

6.10. The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
