Holiday Voucher Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions for holiday vouchers issued as a result of park closures due to coronavirus for arrival dates until 30th April

You must cancel your original booking more than 24 hours before your arrival date to receive this holiday voucher. Holiday vouchers can only be used either: (i) for new holiday bookings made from Friday 3 April 2020 at parkdeanresorts.co.uk and your new holiday must be more than 14 days after the arrival date of your original booking; or (ii) towards the cost of any holidays you have already booked with an arrival date prior to 24 May 2021. Once your voucher is redeemed, if you need to cancel that holiday then you will not receive a holiday voucher for the second cancelled holiday, unless the cancellation is due to a park closure. The 16 digit voucher code must be entered online at the time of purchase by entering the code on the payment page. The value of the voucher can be redeemed against multiple bookings where the value of the outstanding balance of your existing holiday booking or new holiday booking is less than the value of your voucher. If the outstanding balance of your existing holiday booking or the value of your new holiday is higher than the value of your voucher, you will need to pay the difference at the time of booking. Holiday vouchers must be redeemed on or before 30 November 2020 and are valid for arrival dates on or before 24 May 2021. Subject to availability – please consider that the closing dates for our parks vary and availability may be limited if you book towards the end of the holiday voucher validity period. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable, however, please note that you may opt to exchange your holiday voucher for a refund of the full amount you paid towards your original holiday booking instead. If you exchange your holiday voucher, the funds will be refunded to the card used to secure your booking. We will process your refund as quickly as possible but, please note, it may take up to 28 days to show in your account. Your holiday voucher will automatically be cancelled. If you would like to exchange your voucher for a refund, you must submit this request by 1 May 2020. If we do not receive your request to exchange your holiday voucher for a refund by 1 May 2020, we will assume you are satisfied with your holiday voucher. We reserve the right to change these terms on giving you reasonable notice.

**AMENDMENT, 3rd February 2021**

Due to the continued park closures as a result of the restrictions imposed by the Government in an effort to reduce the transmission of the coronavirus, we are extending the terms of this voucher. Your holiday voucher must be redeemed on or before 31 October 2021, and is valid for arrival dates up to and including 30 November 2021. All other terms of this voucher remain in full force and effect.

**AMENDMENT, 27th October 2021**

In order to allow you more time to make a holiday booking using your voucher, we are extending the terms of this voucher. Your holiday voucher must be redeemed on or before 28 February 2022, and is valid for arrival dates up to and including 15 May 2022. All other terms of this voucher remain in full force and effect.

Holiday vouchers can only be used either: (i) for new holiday bookings made at parkdeanresorts.co.uk and your new holiday must be more than 14 days after the arrival date of your original booking; or (ii) towards the cost of any holidays you have already booked with an arrival date prior to 24 May 2021. Once your voucher is redeemed, if you need to cancel that holiday then you will not receive a holiday voucher for the second cancelled holiday, unless the cancellation is due to a park closure. Once your voucher is redeemed, if you need to cancel that holiday then you will not receive a holiday voucher for the second cancelled holiday, unless the cancellation is due to a park closure. If your future holiday is cancelled due to a park closure, you would be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid in cash by you for your original holiday booking and any additional amount paid in cash by you towards the new holiday and not the full value of the voucher. Terms and conditions for holiday vouchers issued to holiday makers as a result of park closures due to coronavirus for arrival dates from 30th December 2020 until 14th March 2021

Holiday vouchers can only be used either: (i) for new holiday bookings made at parkdeanresorts.co.uk and your new holiday must be more than 14 days after the arrival date of your original booking; or (ii) towards the cost of any holidays you have already booked with an arrival date within 15 months after the voucher issue date. Once your voucher is redeemed, if you need to cancel that holiday then you will not receive a holiday voucher for the second cancelled holiday, unless the cancellation is due to a park closure. If your future holiday is cancelled due to a park closure, you would be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid in cash by you for your original holiday booking and any additional amount paid in cash by you towards the new holiday. The 16 digit voucher code must be entered online at the time of purchase by entering the code on the payment page. The value of the voucher can be redeemed against multiple bookings where the value of the outstanding balance of your existing holiday booking or new holiday booking is less than the value of your voucher. If the outstanding balance of your existing holiday booking or the value of your new holiday is higher than the value of your voucher, you will need to pay the difference at the time of booking. Holiday vouchers must be redeemed on or before 30th September 2021 and are valid for arrival dates up to 15 months from the voucher issue date only. Due to the continued park closures as a result of the restrictions imposed by the Government in an effort to reduce the transmission of the coronavirus, we are extending the terms of this voucher. Your holiday voucher must be redeemed on or before 31 October 2021. All other terms of this voucher remain in full force and effect.

as a result of park closures in Wales for arrival dates from 15th March 2021 until 11th April 2021
if your glamping holiday in England with an arrival date of 12th April 2021 – 16th May 2021 has been cancelled because shared facilities must remain closed
