Holiday voucher terms & conditions

Terms and conditions for holiday vouchers issued to holiday makers:

Once your voucher is redeemed, if you need to cancel that holiday then you will not receive a holiday voucher for the second cancelled holiday, unless the cancellation is due to a park closure. If your future holiday is cancelled due to a park closure, you would be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid in cash by you for your original holiday booking and any additional amount paid in cash by you towards the new holiday.

The 16-digit voucher code must be entered online at the time of purchase by entering the code on the payment page. The value of the voucher can be redeemed against multiple bookings where the value of the outstanding balance of your existing holiday booking or new holiday booking is less than the value of your voucher. If the outstanding balance of your existing holiday booking or the value of your new holiday is higher than the value of your voucher, you will need to pay the difference at the time of booking. Holiday vouchers must be redeemed within 12 calendar months of the date of issue of the holiday vouchers, and are valid for arrival dates for 14 months from the date of issue of the holiday vouchers.

Subject to availability – please consider that the closing dates for our parks vary and availability may be limited if you book towards the end of the holiday voucher validity period. All of our holidays are online, please check for availability on our website. Standard booking terms and conditions apply to all new bookings – these are available online at parkdeanresorts.co.uk.

Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
